Ingredients

  • Bread (stale or fresh)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the bread cubes with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and any dried herbs over the cubes.
  5. Toss the bread cubes gently until they are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the bread cubes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
