  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Italian herbs, to taste
  • Hot sauce, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the English muffins by slicing them in half and placing them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until fluffy.
