A creamy Feta and Olive dip that captures the essence of Mediterranean flavors, perfect for gatherings and entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese (in brine, at room temperature)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives (roughly chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, garlic, and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse the mixture a few times to break everything down, then drizzle in the olive oil while the processor is running. Continue blending until smooth.
  3. Add the pitted Kalamata olives and fresh dill, and pulse a few times to combine, ensuring the olives remain coarsely chopped.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, extra chopped olives, and dill. Serve immediately.

Notes

For the best texture, ensure cream cheese and feta are at room temperature before blending.
