Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Marinate the salmon: Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the cooking appliance: Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Prepare the cooking surface: Place the salmon on the grill or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
