Crispy shrimp coated with a fiery sauce, perfect for gatherings and casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  2. Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip into the sauce, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until sizzling.
  4. Add the shrimp to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the shrimp and place on a paper towel. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

Make sure to heat the oil properly to achieve a crispy texture before frying the shrimp.
