Quick and flavorful fish tacos with crunchy cabbage and fresh toppings that will transport you to the beach.

Ingredients

  • White fish (such as tilapia or cod)
  • Taco seasoning
  • Corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Pico de gallo
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Season the fish: Season your fish fillets with taco seasoning and cook in a medium skillet for 4–5 minutes on each side until flaky.
  2. Warm the tortillas: In a separate skillet, warm corn tortillas for 1–2 minutes on each side.
  3. Assemble the tacos: Place cooked fish in the center of a warm tortilla, top with shredded cabbage and pico de gallo.
  4. Garnish and serve: Add avocado slices, cilantro, and lime juice to finish your tacos.

Notes

Make sure your skillet is hot enough for a good sear on the fish. Use lime for brightening flavors.
