Instructions

  2. Combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the egg and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  5. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Add your desired toppings and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
