Cool down this summer with these customizable Frozen Yogurt Cups that are packed with protein and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2% or 5% yogurt
  • Fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Granola (optional)
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt in a mixing bowl with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  2. Portion the yogurt mixture into silicone muffin cups or small cups.
  3. Add your choice of fruits, granola, or chocolate chips on top.
  4. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  5. Enjoy after thawing for 5 minutes before eating.

Notes

Silicone muffin cups make removal easy. You can also use Greek yogurt for creaminess. Try different fruits and flavor extracts for variety.
