Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 Sausages
  • 1 cup Baked Beans
  • 2 Grilled Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 slices Toast
  • 2 slices Black Pudding (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the sausages and bacon in a large frying pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. In another pan, melt a little butter and add the mushrooms and tomatoes; cook until tender.
  3. Crack the eggs in the same frying pan and cook them to your preference.
  4. Warm the baked beans in a small saucepan until steaming.
  5. Toast the bread until golden brown, buttering if desired.
  6. Grill the black pudding slices until crispy, if using.
  7. Serve everything on a plate, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
