These funfetti cookies are a celebration in every bite, featuring soft, chewy textures and vibrant sprinkles that bring back joyful childhood memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add it to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the sprinkles gently.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
