Irresistible bite-sized pieces of steak marinated in garlic and balsamic vinegar, perfect for sharing.

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade: In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the steak: Add the steak cubes to the marinade, coating each one generously. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the skillet: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes.
  4. Sear the steak bites: Add the marinated steak cubes to the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
