  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down. Drizzle with garlic butter, squeeze lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slide the baking dish into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
