Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with a generous pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until it begins to foam.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
