Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the Steak Bites by generously seasoning your cut steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the First Batch of Butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the Steak Bites in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Set the Steak Aside after searing to retain the juices.
  5. Prepare the Garlic Butter by melting the remaining butter and adding minced garlic and thyme.
  6. Coat the Steak in Garlic Butter by returning the seared pieces and tossing to coat.
  7. Finish Cooking to Desired Doneness for about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Garnish and Serve with fresh parsley for presentation.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using ribeye or flank steak as alternatives. Let the steak rest before serving.
