A delicious and low-carb flatbread that allows you to enjoy the fluffy texture of bread without the carbs, perfect for wraps, pizzas, or simply with butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil until frothy and well blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Stir in the shredded mozzarella if desired.
  5. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  6. Carefully transfer the rolled-out flatbread to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
