  • 2 cups green chiles, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup corn (optional)
  • 1 cup black beans (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Incorporate the diced chicken breast into the pot and cook until browned.
