A delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, combining gooey melted cheese with seasoned ground beef, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.

Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Cooked ground beef (seasoned)
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Hot sauce
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a generous layer of cheese on one half.
  3. Add cooked ground beef on top of the cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
  5. Butter the outside of the tortilla and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or hot sauce.

Notes

For extra melty cheese, consider using a cheese blend that includes Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack. You can customize with various toppings.
