Colorful and flavorful grilled chicken kabobs marinated in olive oil and garlic, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 Bell pepper (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken and vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Create the marinade by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken and vegetables in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Assemble the kabobs by threading the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. You can substitute other vegetables or proteins for variety.
