A flavorful dish perfect for summer gatherings, featuring a sweet and tangy marinade that enhances grilled chicken.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Marinate for up to 2 hours for best flavor. Grill marks and cooking time are key to juicy chicken. Can substitute honey for agave or maple syrup.
