  • 1 lb Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 Bell peppers (any color you like)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Cube the Steak: Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Chop the Vegetables: Chop the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into similar-sized pieces.
  3. Combine Steak and Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes and chopped vegetables.
  4. Flavor with Olive Oil and Seasoning: Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss everything together.
  5. Thread the Kabobs: Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
  6. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill the Kabobs: Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to desired doneness.
  8. Rest Before Serving: Remove kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Skewers can be soaked in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling to prevent burning. Marinade steak for added flavor if desired.
