A classic, creamy Ground Beef Stroganoff that brings together rich flavors and comfort in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Sour cream for serving (optional)
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks until it’s nicely browned and cooked through.
  2. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in the skillet with the beef, cooking until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
  3. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  4. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes until heated through, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  6. Combine gently by folding the cooked noodles into the beef mixture, stirring until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve hot, topped with sour cream and parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Add a splash of beef broth when reheating to keep the sauce creamy.
