  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the aromatics: In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Add carrots, celery, and cabbage, cooking for a few minutes until slightly softened.
