A delicious and customizable gyro bowl filled with spiced meat, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki, served over rice or quinoa.

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
