Delightful ham and cheese egg cups perfect for breakfast or brunch, with a savory blend of flavors baked in muffin form.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add the ham slices to a lightly greased muffin tin.
  3. Divide the mozzarella cheese among the 12 cups and sprinkle it on top of the ham.
  4. Gently add an egg on top of the cheese in each cup.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
