These Ham Cheese Sliders are incredibly easy to prepare, featuring the sweetness of Hawaiian rolls filled with savory ham and melted Swiss cheese, topped with a buttery mixture.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 pound deli ham sliced thin
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
  3. Slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  4. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Top the ham with Swiss cheese slices.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on top of the cheese.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the chopped parsley.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining parsley and poppy seeds over the top.
  10. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  12. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.

Notes

These sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
