Delicious and easy-to-make Hawaiian Chicken Sliders packed with juicy chicken, BBQ sauce, and fresh pineapple.

  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple slices
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños or green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
  2. Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place a pineapple slice on each slider bun, then add a scoop of the BBQ chicken mixture on top.
  4. Top with coleslaw (mixed with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper) and any optional toppings like jalapeños or green onions.
