Delightful granola cups filled with creamy yogurt and fresh fruits, perfect for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana, kiwi)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the granola, almond butter, and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
  3. Press the granola mixture into the bottom and sides of a muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the tin.
  6. Fill each cup with Greek yogurt.
  7. Top with mixed fresh fruits and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover cups in an airtight container for up to 3 days. A quick re-crisp in the oven restores crunch.
