Juicy, flavorful turkey meatballs made healthier with good-for-you ingredients, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined using your hands.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite sauce or pasta.

Notes

Use gloves while mixing to keep hands clean. You can add red pepper flakes for some heat.
