A quick and easy recipe for tender hibachi-style chicken cooked in a pressure cooker, capturing the rich flavors of soy sauce and teriyaki.

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce or mirin
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken by cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the aromatics by melting the butter and adding garlic.
  3. Brown the chicken pieces in the pot with a pinch of pepper.
  4. Add the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil, stirring well.
  5. Pressure cook on high for 7 minutes.
  6. Quick release the pressure, stir, and serve.

Notes
