A warm, cheesy dip perfect for gatherings that combines creamy layers of cheese, savory beef, and vibrant green onions.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (blend of cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 4 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 lb Cooked and Crumbled Beef (or turkey/plant-based crumbles)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef over medium heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until cooked (about 7-10 minutes).
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese in a bowl until well blended.
  4. Combine the beef, green onions, and any additional spices into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Assemble the dip in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Cool down for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Great to make in advance and bake just before serving. Can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
