Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, mixing ground pork with salt, pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and maple syrup if using.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Sauté the patties in a heated skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and browned.
  4. Serve the patties hot with your favorite breakfast sides.
