A comforting one-pan dish featuring kielbasa sausage coated in a sweet honey garlic sauce with vibrant veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic together until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Toss in the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, and add a splash of soy sauce for reheating leftovers.
