  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Heat the Skillet: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the Chicken: Sear the marinated chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer and Bake: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it.
  7. Bake to Perfection: Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Rest and Garnish: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust the heat level by varying the quantity of sriracha.
