Deliciously stuffed Medjool dates filled with creamy cheese, toasted walnuts, and a drizzle of honey, perfect for any occasion.

  • 12 large Medjool dates
  • 120g cream cheese or goat cheese
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Medjool Dates by slicing each date lengthwise and removing the pit.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
  3. Toast the walnut halves in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Fill each date generously with the cheese mixture using a small spoon.
  5. Add 1-2 toasted walnut halves into the cheese filling of each stuffed date.
  6. Drizzle raw honey over all dates, sprinkle with parsley and chili flakes, and serve immediately.

Notes

These stuffed dates are versatile and can be enjoyed on their own or as part of a cheese platter. They can be prepared in advance and stored for up to 3 days.
