Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Refried beans
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Bell pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Chili powder

  • Avocado
  • Lime

Instructions

  1. Heat the refried beans in a small pot on low heat.
  2. Sauté the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper in a skillet with oil.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fry corn tortillas in another skillet until golden and crispy.
