  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Season the chicken by brushing the mixture evenly on both sides.
  5. Bake the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
