A flavor-packed chicken dish with a crispy Parmesan coating infused with garlic.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Coat the chicken breasts in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, pressing down firmly.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a twist, experiment with different cheeses or add red pepper flakes for heat.
