Delightfully crunchy and guilt-free keto crackers perfect for snacking or pairing with dips.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups super-fine blanched almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan in a microwave-safe bowl until fully melted.
  3. Add the almond flour, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt to the melted cheese and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper as thinly as possible.
  5. Cut the dough into 1.5-inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
  6. Slide the parchment with the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking apart and serving.

Notes

These crackers can be experimented with various spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
