Delicious and easy-to-make keto-friendly cheesy garlic breadsticks that are perfect for gatherings or as a side dish.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Combine the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  4. Mix in the egg until well combined.
  5. Shape the dough into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet, about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Slice and serve once cooled slightly, optionally sprinkling with fresh herbs.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Keep an eye on them while baking to prevent over-browning. Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
