Delightful Keto garlic breadsticks that are low in carbs but high in flavor, perfect for dipping or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl for 60-90 seconds.
  3. Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the melted cheese mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and flatten it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into 8 equal breadstick strips.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter for color and flavor.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle Italian herbs or grated Parmesan on top before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
