  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the beef in a skillet with sesame oil until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger; cook for 2-3 minutes
