  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they’re well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
