This Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken is bursting with bright, fresh flavors, easy to prepare, and perfect for any meal occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade by combining olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken by placing it in a resealable bag and pouring the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Prepare the chicken by removing it from the marinade and discarding the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can substitute fresh herbs with dried herbs if necessary.
