A refreshing salad that combines creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella, perfect for a light meal or a picnic.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed or balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Assemble Your Ingredients
  2. Slice Those Avocados
  3. Halve the Cherry Tomatoes
  4. Cube the Mozzarella
  5. Combine the Ingredients
  6. Add the Basil
  7. Drizzle with Oil and Vinegar
  8. Season to Taste
  9. Serve Immediately!

Notes
