A delightful and simple lobster roll recipe that captures the essence of summer with fresh lobster meat wrapped in toasted rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat
  • 4 hot dog rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting rolls

Instructions

  1. Combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. Butter the outside of the rolls and toast them on a skillet until golden brown.
  3. Fill each toasted roll with the lobster mixture.
