A delicious low-carb twist on traditional pizza, featuring layers of savory Italian sausage, marinara sauce, and bubbly cheese, baked to cheesy perfection.

  • 1 lb Italian sausage (ground)
  • 1 cup no-sugar-added marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler.
  2. Sauté the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Combine the sausage with marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble the sausage mixture evenly in four oven-safe bowls.
  5. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each bowl.
  6. Dress each bowl with pepperoni slices and black olives, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
