A creamy and luscious banana pudding dessert layered with sweet bananas and crunchy vanilla wafers, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups sliced ripe bananas
  • 1 package vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup chilled milk

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, chilled milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture gently.
  4. Layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and the cream mixture in a serving dish.
  5. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, ending with cream mixture on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a splash of rum to the cream mixture or swapping vanilla wafers for shortbread.
