Delicious grilled salmon topped with vibrant mango salsa, perfect for summer BBQs and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Create the salsa by mixing diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon topped with mango salsa.

Notes

For a milder salsa, remove the seeds from the jalapeño. You can substitute mango with pineapple for a different flavor.
