Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down in the skillet.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs and pour the prepared glaze over them.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
