A romantic dish featuring chicken breasts in a creamy garlic and tomato sauce that’s perfect for dinner dates or weeknight meals.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes in the same skillet for about 2 minutes.
  5. Create the creamy sauce by adding heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, and oregano.
  6. Combine the chicken and sauce in the skillet and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
